Flux Cored Wire 642
Classification
DIN EN 14700 | DIN 8555
T Fe16 | MF 10-65-GZ
Characteristics
642 is a highly C- Cr- Mo- W- V alloyed open arc or gas shielded arc flux-cored wire that deposits a very hard martensite micro structure with carbides. The deposit is resistant to strong mineral abrasion also at higher temperatures. Compared to 643, this wire contains higher alloy carbide, higher wear and temperature resistance under mild impact working condition
Application
Sinter crusher, sinter grates, hot screening units in steel industry, mineral and brick industry, cement industry, mineral crushing, etc.
