CHARACTERISTICS
LQ582 is gas shielded flux cored wire, resisting to both abrasion wear and metal to metal wear. Deposit metal is crack-free, it can used where abrasion resistance and heavy loading is expected, excellent properties property and weld ability, easy slag removal and slight spatter.
APPLICATION
It is used for hardfacing bucket teeth, crusher jaws, scraper, screw conveyor, slide plate, drilling bits, etc.
